The USA is a very large and wealthy country and the world, even larger as compared to the individual, but very small in the vast expanse of our universe. It is the third planet from the sun, and the only object in the universe known to shelter human life. We as citizens of this planet have a very unique and precious gift of life, for a very special segment of time in eternity.
In the trailer, we watched the growing weight and tension as it stressed the face of Kwame's son, when he explained the hard work and discipline it would take to be successful by this worlds’ standards. Global Train seeks to establish resources in the form of education, training, facilities and funding. We desire to manage resources that will successfully aid the underprivileged young, and old, through the mode of their individual gifts and aspirations.
Global Train seeks to attract people with a desire to live at the fullest capacity possible for each as an individual. We believe that this capacity cannot be reached without first discovering individual gifts and aptitudes. We seek to match the employment needs of an employer with an employee having the required aptitude, skill set and interests. All of our trainees and employees will be held to the standards that reflect our core values. 
Our organization is founded, and has a vision based on the inalienable rights of an individual, not transferable to another, or not capable of being taken away or denied, freedoms, and liberties, principles and values, that they are given to make a difference in the lives of other citizens. We believe the longevity of our company will result from every trainee and employee having direction of purpose and a remembrance of these God given rights to be fruitful and to multiply, to make a difference in the life of another. These values serve as a catalyst to promote the development of healthy, successful youth and adults seeking fulfillment, using sports, fitness and nutrition combined with life skills development. 
Global Train will be an organization dedicated to supporting socio-economically disadvantaged girls and boys, and adults in various parts of the world. At its inception, our training programs plan to sponsor after school, health and fitness programs for determining, interest, aptitude, training and practical application in preparation for placement programs and future employment.
In previous years, research had shown that girls and boys approaching adolescence, began to make life choices for themselves regarding their eating habits, drug and alcohol use, sexual involvement and gang participation. Our societal advantages and disadvantages, including the multiplicities of mass media have accelerated the advancement of our youth in both positive and negative ways. If given the chance, during formative years, to participate in sports and health training, girls and boys are more likely to make positive life choices and have a better chance at success, and when encouraged in sports and health fitness, regardless of their skill level, people in general, show a marked increase in their self-esteem. 
Did you know that one in every six girls is obese or overweight, and one in three teens face parenthood at an early age? One in four girls, grades 9-12 currently smoke, and one in three adolescent girls will experience, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Many high school teens do not like themselves, but when engaged in physical activity and sports developing teamwork, are more satisfied with their lives and feel healthier. This is the start of a truly spiritual journey that will involve mind body spirit and soul.
Global Train is proportioned into four phases of placement, health and fitness, interest and aptitude, training and practical application, and finally internship and employment, with all programs continuing simultaneously for the life of engagement. We plan to establish healthy partnerships with local, non-profits, churches and businesses to offer, after-school tutoring and homework assistance, health, fitness and sports training to name a few of the innovative ideas to encompass the arts, culture and scholastics. Our goals will encourage entrepreneurship, private donations and community activities to encourage the participation of parents, teachers, spiritual leaders and civil support. 
In the video trailer, you can see some of the equipment that Kwame from Ghana will need to further his business building PVC windows & doors, which will help him to continue building a future for his family and specifically for his son. He needs a cutting machine, which costs a little over a thousand US dollars, a punching machine, which costs close to a thousand US dollars, and in total roughly 3,500 US dollars, with the edition of fifteen hundred for a stationary storage container to store supplies he will need while building. With your support and the help of these additional assets, Kwame will be able to build his business and repertoire, as well as offer various apprenticeships and training to his community affecting us globally. USA Support Projects—1st Community Project:
Global Train will be supporting a southeastern-based girls volleyball club, to encourage young girls in health and fitness. One of our goals is to build a facility to host tournaments. Presently, the team administrators have to rent space to compete. This may impact how long the team can survive, and continue to provide an outlet for these young girls. More details about the club, their needs and activities, as well as plans to support the community will be forthcoming.
Business Strategy and Execution
Management:
The management structure of the company will follow a combination of the project-based and matrix organizational structures. This organization will lend itself to a series of Marketing, Operations, Finance and Human Resources Managers, with Team Leads under each division, for Projects A, B, C, and so on respectively.

Entrepreneurial ventures and services will vary with an initial provision of capital to start business, depending on the financial history. Global Train will allocate 50% funding towards company capital for the first two years, with sponsorship and support of facilities and equipment. The rate will drop to 10% after the entrepreneur has begun to manage his or her own facilities, equipment and product/services, the financial relationship ending after five years of business.
International Support Projects—1st Entrepreneurial Project with incubation period—Kwame of Ghana West Africa:

Internship for on-the-job Training
The key differences between Training and Internship is that a Training Program is organized by companies for their employees to improve their skill, performance and ability, while an Internship Program is temporary job training for a student to give them real world experience about the workplace. Global Train seeks to establish relationships with companies and potential employers to offer similar opportunities with the guarantee of a well-prepared and potential employee, based on a two-year training relationship and plan of preparation with marketable representation.
Temporary Placement
Pay rate (employee) + markup of 50% = Total Billing Rate
(Example: $30 per hour with 50% markup, equals an hourly Total Billing Rate of $45)
Temp-to-Perm Placement
Once this status of placement is reached, especially if there have been several months of profit from the temporary employee's labor before the client hires that employee permanently. The fee for temp-to-perm placements will be 7% of the gross annual salary for the employee.
Permanent Placement
Annual Salary (employee) x 15% = Total Placement Rate
(Example: $40,000 per year at 15% equals a one-time Total Placement Rate of $6,000)
USA Support Projects—Virginia Fashion Design Career—1st Training Project:
Global Train will be supporting, Crystallyn from Virginia in her endeavors to become a fashion designer. She has the aptitude for design and needs direction and guidance to select the appropriate field of fashion, whether it is apparel or textile pattern design, merchandising or marketing.

My name is Lisa Maria Green and I have been working as a graphic designer, medical illustrator and art teacher for many years in different parts of the USA and Africa. You can learn more about my background from my design service site, www.lmgdesignhorizons.com. The idea to found business incubation facilities, community centers and employment-exchange programs has been dear to my heart for many years. I plan to work with various family members, who have the same heart and vision to provide a legacy of health, fitness, educational training for business and employment, as well as inspiration to other family members, and global communities.
Initially, funds donated will be used to support (10) participants and or families, then subsequently, facilities, supplies, operating costs and equipment. I have toured Ghana, and I am familiar with the culture there. I have been helping Kwame over the years, through my own resources, but have had this overarching desire to help in general because the needs are great in third world countries, as well as in the USA.
I send help to Kwame through commercial money transfer currently, because I find it is the safest, and simplest way for him to receive money. Offshore bank accounting during the (5) year incubation period may need to be established as his business grows. The initial payment to Kwame in Ghana will be accomplished through commercial money transfer, until we have established a banking relationship for Global Train in Ghana.
We have begun the registration process of establishing Global Train, LLC, in South Carolina, selecting temporary office space, purchasing equipment and supplies. This GoFundMe site is established to help with these basics, as well as plan activities and ventures. We are based in the southeastern area of the USA, and plan to begin with the girls volleyball club mentioned above because it is in close proximity. We are establishing Global Train, LLC business accounting and a means of conveying support through Global Train business accounts in the USA.
