Bring Sophia & Isabella Mobley Home

Imagine someone taking your children, and then you had little to no contact with them at all. Not being able to hold and love them, not knowing if they're ok. That is the nightmare I have been living for the last four years.

Hello, my name is Brian Mobley, and my daughters are victims of International Parental Child Abduction. My daughters Sophia and Isabella were illegally taken from Wichita, Kansas on April 2nd, 2014 by their mother Bogdana Osipova Mobley. Bogdana, a dual citizen of both the United States and Russia, flew them to Kaliningrad Russia without my permission where they remain to this day. I have never stopped fighting for their return, and I have incurred thousands upon thousands of dollars in attorney's fees and other expenses working to get them back. I have traveled to Poland and Russia on separate occasions in this effort, along with traveling here in the US to fight this battle.

All I have ever wanted was for Bogdana to return with the children and share custody. A child has the right to know and love both parents. In November of 2016, I had filed with the family court my absolute intent to pay for her and the kids to return home along with giving her child support and shared custody. I even offered to temporarily pay for her housing and vehicle until she was able to get established locally. She again refused to allow our girls to be raised by both parents.  After Bogdana returned to the US without the children in September 2017, she was arrested by the FBI for International Parental Kidnapping. Since her arrest, she has been defiant about the children's return. She remains in Federal custody and is awaiting trial.

In March of this year, after seeing no movement from Bogdana to bring the children back, and no assistance from our State Department, I proceeded to hire attorneys in both Moscow and Kaliningrad Russia to file for custody in the Russian Courts.  Aside from the local US attorney's office and FBI, our American government has done nothing to assist with my children's return. As suggested by the State Department, I continue to work through my Russian attorneys in the Russian courts to bring my children home.  As of now, we are still waiting for Bogdana and the Russian government to lift the travel ban on the children. A ban that her Aunt had put in place when I flew there this past May to file for custody. There is still more fighting to do in this case, but I hope we are close to a point of the children's return.

Having depleted my family's savings, I am asking for your help. I need your help to continue this fight for the girls. A fight for them to be raised by both parents, to see both parents, and to meet family and siblings they have never met. Please help make this effort possible by contributing. No matter how small the amount, any little bit helps. A small $5 donation would help. I also ask that you please share this story with your friends and family. By doing this, you can help me hit my goal.

Thank you,
Brian Mobley
