Easing the Burden for Garrett's Family

It is with a heavy heart to share that my beloved cousin, Garrett has passed last night 11/30/2024. He was the victim of a heinous and senseless crime leaving his family, friends and the community shocked and devastated. Garrett was a determined, hardworking and compassionate young boy. Garrett had a sweet soul and was a good person with a bright future ahead of him. His future was taken from him. This tragedy hurts my heart, so much wishing he could've achieved the goals he wanted to. I wanted to create this GoFundMe in hopes to help out this family with funeral expenses and to help my aunt, Karen Sorrenti after such a tragedy. She a double-widow and a single mother who has been extremely strong for her kids and our family. Even after so many tragic losses, she still shines through. But, no mother should ever have to bury a child. My heart shatters into pieces for her and I'm hoping to fund-raise to make such a hard time just a little bit easier for her and her family. Any sharing and spreading awareness will help this family out so much and is so appreciated by us all ❤️ Meadow
