Lost Everything in a Fire

My name is Alana and I’m a single mother of an 8 year old daughter. On 6/14 we came home to a our house on fire and tragically lost everything inside our home and one of our dogs as well. Our home is now a shell and everything we owned is either in ashes or is so severely smoke damaged it’s unusable. We have the clothes on our backs and each other but everything else is gone. For the next 2-3 weeks I will be staying in a hotel while we find new housing and I will need to replace everything that we own including furniture, bedsheets, pillows, towels, electronics, clothes, toiletries, dishes and kitchen supplies, etc. We’ve had to start over before but have never experienced this level of devastation before, anything that you can do to help is greatly appreciated - Alana and Isabel
