Helping The Homeless In Kensington Philadelphia

Hey everyone I will be going to Kensington in Philadelphia to help out the homeless and helping other volunteers. If you guys seen the videos of Kensington, you know how bad it is over there. More and more are becoming homeless in the Kensington area and they have no choice but to sleep outside in front of stores. I want to help the homeless by giving them items they will need such as tents, sleeping bag, food, and hygiene supplies. The goal is to help get them back on their feet to start over! Many are judging the homeless in Kensington. Some call them “zombies” and say “It’s to late to save them” I don’t believe it’s to late to save anyone. Everyone deserves a second chance. Not everyone is ready to get clean, however I will try my best to help as many homeless as I can and if they open up about wanting to get clean I will help get them into detox/rehab and do everything in my power to make it happen. We will start by giving them clothes and other items they might need to prepare them for winter. I have a few jackets and hoodies I can hand out along with blankets, shoes, etc. I know these items will go quick because the homeless population is so high in that area. My family and I are asking for your help to help us get more supplies for the homeless. We will be in the Kensington area and if you see us, feel free to say Hi or if you have any clothes or anything you can help donate for the homeless that will be amazing ❤️ Thank you so much for your help and support!
