Surgery for Tarzan
Tarzan has a mass in a very sensitive spot so he needs special surgery. All funds will go towards Tarzan's estimated (by Kansas State) medical bill. We are hoping to be able to do surgery sooner rather than later as the mass is still small. The larger it grows, the harder it will be to remove.
Tarzan is a big, lovable softy. He is so protective and concerned about his family. He loves playing with the kids, spending time outside, and thinking he is much smaller than he is as he tries to squeeze onto somebody's lap. All he wants to do is make people happy and chase squirrels. We love Tarzan so much. When we rescued him from the pound he was a malnourished four pound puppy. Within 48 hours we were having to rush him to the emergency vet in the middle of the night because he was dying. Now, he is sixty pounds of pure happiness. He loves to great the kids when they get home wagging his tail and jumping for joy!
We would be so grateful for any help. This is quite an unexpected expense and one for which we were not prepared. We love our dog so much and we want to give him the best. We never expected one of our dogs to have a serious medical condition out of the blue like this.
