Emily's Fearless Fight
Hello, we are warrior sisters of Emily Lambert, our incredibly brave, kind hearted, and resilient friend.
We have rallied at her side to fight for her life, as she battles a newly diagnosed Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma, coupled with the terrifying unknown of a secondary disease process which is aggressively attacking her brain and liver.
We are here to ask you, and our greater community leaders, friends, family and neighbors to join us in our fight.
Just a month ago, our Emily (only 35 years old) was feeling healthy and strong as she went about her daily life working from home, driving a mom taxi, and tending to her mini household farm. She is a fierce yet incredibly gentle and nurturing wife to Ben, and mother of two darling children, Ivy Jane (11 years old), and Ivan Craig (7 years old).
And yet, mother is just one of many roles she plays in our lives. She is our sister, daughter, cousin, friend, and neighbor who always, so selflessly, puts the needs of others before her own. She is our rock solid foundation, the one who ties us all together with her creative adventurous spirit and diplomatic perspectives on life. We can not afford to lose her and we need your help to ensure she gets all the very best care possible. These past four weeks have been terrifying and grueling.
Please take a moment to view our video about Emily’s Fearless Fight! We hope it helps you see her through our eyes, so you may understand just how much we need your help. Thank you for being here and taking the time to learn about our warrior, Emily.
