Kidney Transplant

I was diagnosed with end of life renal (kidney) failure. My physician told me I was lucky that I went to the emergency room when I did or I would not have survived without treatment. I was also advises that I would need a transplant and that both my kidneys has failed. I will also need assistance with out of pocket medical expenses.
