Cara projects

Hi, my name is Mia Dempsey. This February I will travel to Kenya with Cara Projects. Cara Projects is an organisation to help the women and children in Kenya. Cara Projects ultimate aim is to empower all girls to have independent self-assured lives, both economically and emotionally. As part of the programme I will be staying in Kenya for 2 weeks to spend time with the women and children, helping to complete tasks such as cooking, education, painting, cleaning, gardening etc.

Cara projects is a non profit making organisation, all money raised will be going directly to Cara projects.
