Cycle for Cancer Research

Hi, my name is Philip, and I am fundraising for Cancer Research.

In the last six years, I have lost two sisters and a nephew to three different types of cancer . I witness first-hand, every working day, the effects of cancer on individuals and their families.

To raise funds for cancer research, I ( and some friends) intend to cycle from the village of Kilconnell in Co. Galway ( where my late father was reared) to Cork University Hospital.

Our cycle starts on August 5th and finishes on August 6th 2022, averaging over 100 km daily.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated.

Having successfully completed our cycle ,and not without a few bumps along the way ,I and my three cycling amingos would like to thank everybody who contributed so generously to our cause .
