Hi my name is Pat Tilghman and I am fundraising for my brother Andy Harper. He has been in the hospital since September 1st with COVID. His insurance company has denied him to go to Penn University. He is in need of a double lung transplant and we have to get him moved to another hospital. Andy has been a community member for 50 years, he coaches baseball, soccer and is a member of New Egypt First Aid. Any donations will help in his recovery
