Help me get settled in Milwaukee!

Hi there! I was accepted in to a Ph.D. program at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. I'm really looking forward to being able to continue my dream of learning, researching and teaching students about social justice and the intersections of sociology and various other disciplines. However, in order to do that, I need your help! I am hoping to gather enough funding to supplement a security deposit and some of the school fees for my program. As you may know, my parents are unable to help thanks to the fire, medical bills and other financial roadblocks. And as an adjunct professor, we are grossly underpaid for all the work we do, so i'm hoping you would be able to share and donate. $2, $5, $10 ...anything to help a woman finally realize her dream of becoming an amazing academic and help change lives.
