Peggy

Hi my name is Joy, I'm raising money for my mom who just went through open heart surgery on 6/10/23 when her aneurysm started to dissect. My mom currently has no insurance (though I am working on it) and the medical bills are stacking up. My mom also will not be eligible for any type of disability pay through her work due to her not being there a year yet.

Peggy, my mom, is a mother of four and grandmother of 11 (soon to be 12) grandchildren. She has worked her whole life in healthcare helping others as an aid. My mother mostly supported me and my siblings by herself while we were growing up, sometimes having to work 3 jobs at once. She is now 64, soon to be 65 and can not keep up with working the way she used to, especially now with needing time to recover from her surgery. My mom has always been a very loving mother and always helping me and my siblings in our times of need, even when she didn't have it. I'm only hoping now to return the favor and to help her in her time of need.

I will be also having a sloppy Joe benefit/lunch for her on July 2nd accompanied with a silent auction which will be at the Ellendale community building. 507 2nd st s Ellendale MN.
