Funeral for Chanelle Fatali

Chanelle Marie Fatali

8-11-1988 - 8-10-2015

Chanelle was 26 when she passed away. She is survived by her daughter Tatum, sisters Nikki and Brandi, brother Cole, and parents Terri and Victor. She was kind-hearted and always had a smile on her face. She was a registered nurse and worked most of her career at John C. Lincoln Hospital in the Pediatric Department. She was also a very compassionate and a selfless friend to so many people. She looked forward to making her friends smile and having a great time. Most importantly she was a great mom. She loved Tatum unconditionally and did all she could to provide her with the best she could.

Our family is asking for donations to help pay for some of the funeral arrangements. It will be held at the end of next week. We will post further information as time goes on. We would appreciate it if you would also write a little story of your favorite memory of Chanelle to bring joy to those that read the comments.
