"Hey everyone, I want to take a moment to share something that has changed my life forever. Recently, my wife was diagnosed with stage 4 incurable & inoperable peritoneal cancer.

It’s a rare, aggressive disease that doesn’t get nearly enough attention. The survival rates are devastating—only 1 in 3 people survive this cancer and only about 50% of those diagnosed at stage 3 make it past five years. For stage 4, that number drops even further.

We’re looking at maybe 2 years with the current cancer treatments available, if we’re lucky!

Right now, the Australian Gynaecological Cancer Foundation is the only registered charity in Australia dedicated to laboratory research of this cancer, and that research is desperately needed."
