Tossin for a Cure
Donation protected
Tossin' for a Cure is a Cornhole Competition created by sports management students in Dr. Mumford's Foundation of Sports Management class. All proceeds from the Competition will be donated directly to our community partner, Angel Wings Fund. Our main objective as a class is to increase the awareness and support of Angel Wings Fund. We also hope to make it aware that cancer not only affects the patient but also their loved ones, specifically their children.
Information about Community Partner:
Angel Wings Fund was founded by Keisha Brown in 2007. The central mission of this fund is to help children who have suffered the loss of a parent due to cancer, in the form of a college scholarship. It is also hoped that this foundation will lessen the burden that is placed on the surviving parent.
