Help for Heather

Hello friends and family,

As some of you know, my little sister was diagnosed with an astryocytoma glioma brain tumor in 2018.

She underwent an awake craniotomy removal surgery which successfully removed a majority of the tumor, but still has to undergo “routine” MRI’s every 3-4 months.

On September 28th, our worst fears became a reality. The new MRI shows regrowth on her left side instead of the right where it originated.

She will be starting chemo, again, in a few weeks and is thankfully a candidate for this new cancer treatment, but it’s costly and not fully covered by insurance. She is asking for financial help to mitigate the cost of her treatments as she has two young children is has been unable to work since 2018.
