Oxygen For India (COVID)

Hello! My name is Ashna Jambavat. I am currently 16 years old and in high school on Long Island, NY. The current pandemic has created a huge vacuum for oxygen supply in my homeland India. Several big hospitals over there are relying on daily oxygen supplies but they are not receiving enough resources.

I am trying to raise funds, under the guidance of my mother,  to purchase and ship oxygen concentrators to India. 

We will be sending this to Dr. Suresh Swarnapuri (EAA) and Dr. Ramesh Babu in Hyderabad, India, who has been leading an effort to help people during this covid time.

This is the process: We are purchasing oxygen concentrators from all over U.S. We have also tied up with a logistic company "ShipGlobal" in New York who have agreed to ship at non-profitable cost. Each oxygen concentrator costs almost $1500 to reach India (including shipping).

We have already gathered enough funds for 10 oxygen concentrators and are in the process of shipping them to India. I am now looking to collect more funds so that we can continue to save more lives.
