Help for Alex's freedom from drugs

This is a plea from a mom who is desparate to get help for her 13 year old son who is on a very dangerous path in life. I'm being very vulnerable here because I care about my son so deeply and am devastated by the choices he is making in his life. I will do virtually anything to help him get the care he needs. He was born into this world already at risk as his father was an addict. The addict gene is strongest between father and son.
In the last year, I've seen my sweet mommas boy go from being the most honest kids in the world to one who will lie at any cost to get his drugs of choice. I've seen a highly intelligent and curious kid go to being one who can't remember where his cell phone is or what day it is. He has been blatantly disrespectful to me and other authority figures. He even punched the love of my life in the face. He ran away from home for 3 days. He was suspended from school for distributing illegal substances on school grounds.
As you can see, he is out of control. My worst fear is that he continues down this tragic path and ends up in jail or dead. Or even worse...hurting someone else. I could not bear that.
This is my situation...I am a single mom with limited resources. I have health care insurance that will possibly help pay for him to go to a residential treatment center but they will try everything they can not to. I am looking at sending him to Turn About Ranch in Escalante, Utah. They have 25 years of experience with kids like this and come highly recommended by Dr. Phil. It costs $36,000 for 100 days of treatment and my insurance won't pay one dollar probably until 90 days into treatment, and even that's not a guarantee. My family also has to fly out to Utah at least 3 times to take Alex, meet with him during midterm to do family therapy, and pick him up so that is why I'm asking for $45,000.
If you cannot give, then I simply ask for your prayers and thoughts for Alex and for us. I believe that prayer goes a long way, and that God hears our pleas for help. Thanks for your support and for your friendship!
