Potager's New Home

Potager needs to find a new home .. a Forever Home.  The building that has housed it for over 6 years has reached a point where it requires too many repairs to be usable.   After spending years looking for just the right place for Potager in Arlington, I know that such a place that is already a restaurant doesn't exist.  I will have to find a location with a lot of charm and just the right personality, and convert it to a restaurant myself.  That involves bringing it up to meet the citys building codes, installing a commercial kitchen, making it ADA compliant, installing a grease trap .. etc., etc., etc. 

I know this sounds like a lot of money (and it is!) but that's about what I had to spend to get the old Potager up and running, and that was in a location that was already a restaurant.  But I've learned a few things during my 6 years running that little cafe, and should be able to keep costs down a bit more this time.
