Help Senior Pitizen Itsy

Most of you know me as the president of Philly Bully Team. I usually raise funds for the dogs in my rescue with severe behavior and medical needs so that we can help get them into a forever home , but this time, I am asking for help for my dog Itsy. Itsy is my 13 year old mama pit. We adopted her when she was 5 years old. She was a throw away mama. Her nipples were literally grazing on the ground, she had a massive, multi bacterial strain ear infection and poor socialization skills. She also has a history of mast cell tumors and has had surgeries to remove them. This girl has been through so much, but still remains the most loving and loyal pup. Sadly, on Friday 1/11, Itsy all of a sudden refused to stand up. She would not walk. She soiled herself and sat in her own mess. She was also shaking. We rushed her to UPenn. They completed blood work, did radiographs of her chest and a physical exam. The vets could not find anything wrong with her and sent her home with codeine. This appointment totaled over $800 It is now Monday and Itsy has not improved. Her tail wags, she wants to stand and she can’t. She yelps in pain when we try to adjust her position so she doesn’t get pressure slays and she is spoiling herself as she is unable to get up to use the bathroom. Even on the codeine she is still shaking and in so much pain and we are without answers. It’s so hard to watch your dog in pain and not being able to do anything about it, especially a senior dog. We are currently rushing Itsy back to the UPenn at the guidance of her vet. We won’t give up on our dog and I don’t want to spare any expense getting her diagnosed and relieving her of her pain. Every day I fight so hard for the dogs of Philadelphia, but today I am fighting for my own dog. Please consider making a donation toward Itsys care. Her and I will be forever grateful.
