86 YEAR OLD WOMAN NEEDS HELP

Hi,

My name is Lela. I'm in the middle of having my roof replaced and came across a problem. The roofer stated that the plywood and the trusses were completely rotted out. So, until I get the trusses replaced he said he had to stop work. He tarped the roof but it didn't help. The other day with the really bad storm we had here in Fort Pierce the tarp blew off and the rain came in everywhere. My whole house is now flooded. I'm currently staying in a motel here in Fort Pierce. This is the first fundraiser I'm doing just to get help with gas, food, repairs to the van, and any day-to-day expenses. Any help would be much appreciated.
