Flood damage

Hello my name is charlotte, we live in lower alsace and today our house sustained major flood damage, both me and my daughters car were destroyed and the whole bottom of my house , my home owners insurance will not cover any repairs because we did not have flood insurance… we are asking for help to make repairs to our home so we can stay here..
