Charles Doerr Memorial

Hi All.... I'm Roy Whittaker, and I created this memorial to allow all of us and all of

Charlie's friends share gifts to help Charlie's family through this tough time. Charlie

was a great friend and teammate on my DRG and OSR Storm Rosters as a First

Responder. If you ever had the opportunity to ride with Charlie during a storm, you

had the opportunity to learn from the best. He was a first-class lineman as knowledgeable as they come. He was a class act all the way.

We will miss you, Charlie. God Bless you and your family.
