On August 6th, Trisha was diagnosed with breast cancer. Due to family history, she made the difficult decision to have a bilateral mastectomy.
She had surgery on Oct. 2nd and is recovering at home, with basic things still being difficult to do post-surgery. She is still awaiting the results of just what type of cancer was removed and what type of chemotherapy she’ll need to undergo.
After treatment is finished, she’ll undergo reconstructive surgery in late November. She’ll be in an out of the office during this journey, with an approximate duration of 9-12 months overall.
