Help me get teeth

Hello everyone, my name is Adam Bahriz and I am fundraising for teeth. I was born with a rare genetic disorder called HSAN 8 which means I am unable to feel pain. Because of this throughout my childhood and adolescent years I have lost all but 1 tooth. This makes it extremely difficult to speak and eat normally, II have also been bullied in online video games for over a decade due to my speech. Getting a full set of dental implants with Dr. Berger here in San Diego is my biggest dream in life and I would do anything to accomplish it. The total cost of the procedure is $52,000 as explained in the attached imagees. A frequently asked question in regards to this is why I don't do it in an alternative, cheaper country. The simple answer is that my case is extremely complex and even local doctors are often hesitant to take my case. Doing it with my surgeon here offers the best chance of success. However, if I am unable to meet the $52,000 goal, whatever money is raised will be used to get dental implants in either Turkey, Colombia, or Mexico.
