Help build a Masjid

Our blessed guest, Ramadan, will leave us soon. Please use the remaining days to donate generously for the Cumberland Road Masjid extention project. 

Al-Hadid 57:11

مَّن ذَا ٱلَّذِى يُقْرِضُ ٱللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا فَيُضَٰعِفَهُۥ لَهُۥ وَلَهُۥٓ أَجْرٌ كَرِيمٌ 

Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan so He will multiply it for him and he will have a noble reward?


First and foremost, let's thank Allāh ﷻ and all of you who have donated on this fundraising page. Will make special dua for you all and pray Allāh ﷻ accepts all your duas this Ramadan and what is to come after Ramadan is good for you all. May Allāh ﷻ grant us a good year to come, accept our worship and allow us to reach the next Ramadan making us better Muslims each time we leave the month of Ramadan. 

Some of the projects which we have carried forward from the sisters' team are as follows:

Mother Toddler group known as Little Mu'mins - we hope to restart this soon after Ramadan and need your support for the extention as we require more space for our cute little tots.

Funeral workshop: we were blessed to organise a workshop for the sisters in December 2021 which was led by Ustaadhah Yasmin Ishaq. With your donations we are hoping to open up more workshops for sisters.

We were also were blessed to have an opportunity to collaborate with Noor al Quran institute this year too. 

Recently we held a sisters' prayer worskhop and wish to continue this after Ramadan. 

We have special events for children throughout the holidays and focus on the Islamic perspective when it comes to Halloween, Christmas and Easter. 

Allāh ﷻ has granted us success in delivering both Arabic and tajweed classes for sisters by qualified teachers. 

We have been organising fundays too so watch out for the next one this summer إن شاء الله  - join the mailing list by texting the number below, you'll receive updates for upcoming events. 

Alhamdulilah the evening madrassa is also mainly run by sisters who are doing an excellent job and we now need more classrooms. 

By the grace and help of  Allāh ﷻ we were able to run the above projects and pray that we continue to do this sadaqah jariyyah. 

Come on dear Muslim brethren! Please be part of this sadqah jariyyah so once we return to our Lord we have something which we left behind to benifit us. Let's leave a legacy behind!
