Angelas Medical Seattle trip Fund

I have a herniated belly button that I need to have surgery on but at this time cant financially afford to have the surgery. I have insurance Anything helps I have an appointment in May for pre-opp then I have to file for an LOA with work the doctor said I will be out of work for approximately a month at that time. I have two little girls so it's important that the bills keep getting paid so anything helps. Thanks
