Mac's Top Surgery

Hi. My name is Mac, and I'm raising money for my top surgery.

I have saved up enough money to cover part of the surgery. However, my insurance has notified me that they cannot cover all of these fees.

I am a Senior at Ithaca College, studying Cinema and Photography. I have minors in Writing and Screenwriting. I work two jobs in order to run my photography business, Mutant Kid Creative, in my free time.

I normally would be able to save up for this, but this pandemic has been financially stressful for me. I am about to graduate and move out of my childhood home, beginning my life as an adult.

I have a year to save up for this surgery. I am beginning Testosterone this month, and I need to be on HRT for a year before I can go in. Around the five-month mark, I will be able to book my surgery in the summer.

Any money raised over the intended goal will be donated to the organizations that have helped me during this time with valuable information, support, and advice when I have needed it the most.

As a trans man in media, my goal is to write diverse stories and start conversations about LGBTQ+ people are treated all around our nation. My goal is to promote inclusivity throughout my work.
