Coach Jason Medical Expenses

Please help Coach Jason get back on his feet. He has fallen on hard times medically and has not been able to work.He was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism. He has been in and out of the hospital for 3 weeks trying to get the symptoms under control. He is currently back in the hospital having more tests run. The money will be used to help him get caught up on expenses for him and the boys as well as medical expenses.

He would appreciate any help and lots of prayers.
