Hearing Aids for Peyton Hoff
Donation protected
Hey everyone, my name is Heather and I am on a mission to help a friend in need.
My little buddy Peyton was born 2 months premature. She was given medication to help her lungs develop to save her life. When she was born she was without oxygen for 11 minutes. The medication Peyton was given caused hearing loss.
Peyton received a pair of hearing aids at the age of 2. Now Peyton is 5 and in school. She is having a difficult time in school with her speech and comprehension due to the hearing loss. Peyton's grandma, Michele Hoff, and parents, Gina Brennan and Nathen Hoff, ended up purchasing new molds for that set of hearing aids. However, after following up with the doctor the current hearing aids are not strong enough. She needs a stronger set. This brings me to the reason I am trying to help raise money for her. The new hearing aids are going to cost $5,000 and the insurance company will not cover any of the cost. Any donation will be greatly appreciated and will help Peyton's family. Peyton's current hearing aids are going to be donated back to St. Joseph's Institute for the Deaf to help another family.
