As most have heard, Amy, at only 44 years old, has lost her life to cancer. We were all shocked and surprised to hear this. Amy has not been feeling well for a while. She kept thinking it was due to other reasons. On 7/30, Chris finally got Amy to agree to go to the emergency room. After hours at the emergency room in Springville, they mercy flew her to Buffalo General where the news went from bad to worse. The hospital discovered cancer has spread throughout her entire body including ovaries, liver, pancreas, bone and brain. The hospital tried to find a treatment but it was too late. With heartache looming, Amy was placed on comfort measures 8/2 and peacefully passed early morning on 8/3.
As most of you know, Chris and Amy ran their own automotive business and are self employed. As Chris and his 3 boys grieve the death of the beloved person, Chris is having to take some time from work which makes this stressful as that’s the only source of income. Any help would be greatly appreciate to support this wonderful family in their time of need.
