My name is Daniel.
Junior Show is my friend, training partner and mentor.
Junior is a black belt Jiu Jitsu competitor from Brazil. He came to Texas to train and compete on the largest stage that america has to offer. Unfortunately the sport that we love and dedicate our lives to, does not pay money. He trains and fights for the love of the sport. Junior comes from the poor areas of brazil. No matter what his situation, he dedicates himeself to his students in and around his home.
This past weekend, 1/23/2016, Junior suffered a blow to the head. He collapsed the following day. He is now in methodist hospital in the neuro icu. He suffered a stroke as a result of his injury and now has a long road to recovery. He will have to teach himself all of the normal actions that we take for granted every day.
Junior is a champion. He has never backed down from a fight. He attacks every situation with the best of attitude. I know that he will work and push himself like nobody else.
We are asking help with his medical bills and rehab cost. He is not from here so he did not have insurance. We want to give him a fighting chance and his care needs are going to be extensive. Please help out with whatever you can.
Be a part of helping out a man that has dedicated his life to others.
