Hello, I’m Lilia. I’m 18 years old, living in the village of Vahan in Armenia, which has a population of just over a 1000. We at Vahan are only 3 kilometers away from Azerbaijan and have always fought for Armenia’s safety.
My father has worked in the Armenian Army for 20 years (he is the only one who has employment in our family). As a Sergeant, he spent countless hours in harsh conditions, which hurt his health and led to chronic illnesses that require treatment for the rest of his life. With 4 children in a village with almost no employment opportunities, my parents often had financial difficulties. However, this never held me and my siblings back. We love our village and we are determined to get good education and contribute to Armenia’s development.
In June 2020, I participated in the entrance exams organized by the French University in Armenia, for which I have been preparing without any help from a private tutor (as commonly done in Armenia), only based on my own knowledge. On July 8, I learned that I had succeeded and entered the Department of Law of UFAR. On the same day, I also learned that by July 17 — only 11 days after finding out about my acceptance to UFAR — I must pay 50% of the fee for the first academic year, i.e. 425,000 AMD. The fee of the entire academic year is 850,000AMD.
Based on the social situation of my family, we are not able to pay this amount in this short time, despite the fact that this education is highly important to me. My father has been on the front line of the Army for about 20 years, and we use his entire salary to pay off various loans that we have taken out to invest in agriculture. My family is dedicated to our land and we never have any intention of leaving it. I want to contribute to the development of my village and my beloved country.
It was a hard decision, but I decided to create this GoFundMe to be able to pay for my first semester at UFAR. My family and I would be forever grateful if you could help me achieve my dream and start my education. The payment is due July 17th.
Being a Lawyer has been the profession of my dreams. Ever since I was a kid, I always faced injustices that had a profound effect on me. My biggest dream as a lawyer is to see Armenia as a country where no one is afraid to express their opinions, a place where everyone knows their rights and respects others. I want my life’s work to be dedicated to Armenia’s development so it becomes a place where a human being is the highest value, regardless of circumstances.

Ողջույն, ես Լիլիան եմ։ Ես 18 տարեկան եմ և ապրում եմ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վահան գյուղում, որն ունի շուրջ 1000 բնակիչ։ Գյուղը Ադրբեջանից 3 կմ հեռավորության վրա է, և մենք մշտապես պայքարել ենք Հայաստանի ապահովության համար։
Հայրս աշխատում է Հայկական Բանակում արդեն 20 տարի (նա միակն է մեր ընտանիքում, ով ունի աշխատանք)։ Որպես սերժանտ նա անցկացրել է անհաշվելի ժամեր ծանր պայամններում, ինչը վնասել է նրա առողջությանը և հարուցել քրոնիկ հիվանդություններ, որն էլ պահանջում է բուժում իր հետագա կյանքի համար։ 4 երեխաների հետ մի գյուղում, որը համարյա չունի աշխատանքի հնարավորություններ, ծնողներս հաճախ ունեցել են ֆինանսական դժվարություններ։ Այնուամենայնիվ, սա ինձ, քուրերիս ու եղբորս երբեք հետ չի մղել։ Մենք սիրում ենք մեր գյուղը և մենք որոշել ենք ստանալ լավ կրթություն և նպաստել Հայաստանի զարգացմանը։
2020 թվականի հունիսին ես մասնակցել եմ ՀՖՀՀ-ի կողմից կազմակերպված ընդունելության քննություններին, որոնց համար ես պատրաստվել էի ինքնուրույն, առանց կրկնուսույցի օգնության(ինչը տարածված է Հայաստանում)՝ հիմնվելով սեփական գիտելիքներիս վրա։ Հուլիսի 8-ին ես տեղեկացել եմ, որ հաջողել եմ և ընդունվել ՀՖՀՀ-ի իրավաբանության ֆակուլտետ։ Նույն օրը ես տեղեկացել եմ նաև, որ մինչև հուլիսի 17-ը, ընդամենը 11 օրվա ընթացքում, պետք է վճարել առաջին տարվա վարձավճարի 50%-ը, այն է՝ 425000 ՀՀ դրամ (տարեկան ընդհանուր գումարը՝ 850000 ՀՀ դրամ)։
Ելնելով ընտանիքիս սոցիալական դրությունից՝ մենք ի վիճակի չենք վճարել այդ գումարը այսքան կարճ ժամանակում, չնայած այն փաստին, որ այս կրթությունը մեծապես կարևոր է ինձ համար։ Հայրս եղել է առաջնագծում 20 տարի, և մենք նրա աշխատավարձը հիմա էլ օգտագործում ենք տարբեր վարկերի մարման համար, որոնք մենք ստացել ենք՝ գյուղատնտեսոևթյան մեջ ներդնելու նպատակով։ Իմ ընտանիքը նվիրված է սեփական հողին և երբեք մտադրություն չի ունեցել այն լքելու։ Ես ցանկանում եմ նպաստել իմ սիրելի երկրի և գյուղի զարգացմանը։
Իհարկե, ինձ համար դժվար էր, բայց ես որոշեցի ստեղծել այս GoFoundMe-ն, որպեսզի կարողանամ վճարել ՀՖՀՀ-ի առաջին կիսամյակի վճարը։ Ես և իմ ընտանիքը հավերժ երախտապարտ կլինենք Ձեզ, եթե դուք կարողանանք օգնել ինձ՝ հասնելու իմ երազանքին և սկսելու իմ կրթությունը։ Վճարի վերջնաժամկետը հուլիսի 17-ն է։
Իրավաբան դառնալը եղել է իմ երազանքների մասնագիտությունը։ Սկսած փոքր տարիքից ես միշտ բախվել եմ անարդարությունների, որոնք մեծ ազդեցություն են թողել ինձ վրա։ Իմ ամենամեծ երազանքը, որպես իրավաբան, Հայաստանը տեսնելն է մի երկրի, որտեղ ոչ ոք չի վախենում արտահայտել իր կարծիքը, մի վայր, որտեղ բոլորը գիտեն իրենց իրավունքները և հարգում են նաև ուրիշներինը։ Ես ցանկանում եմ իմ կյանքի աշխատանքը նվիրված լինի Հայաստանի զարգացմանը, որպեսզի այն դառնա մի վայր, որտեղ մարդը բարձրագույն արժեք է՝ անկախ ցանկացած հանգամանքից։
