For dad.

I am devastated to say that my dad, Simon Pacey, unfortunately passed away on January 3rd 2025, on his 63rd birthday from liver cancer. He passed peacefully surrounded by family.

My dad was an amazing person. Every one who had the pleasure to meet him will tell you how loving and generous he was.

He was a vital part of my family and will always be my best friend. Everyone loved him so so much. He was a brilliant man, who put his heart into everything and everyone.

He was part of the teaching team and Western primary school in Harrogate and the children loved him. He would always make them laugh and smile in the playground and would always prioritise each and every one of them.

I’d like to raise money to help more people out there struggling with cancer or for those who have loved ones struggling.

And thank you to everyone who sent their love to him before his passing. He appreciated each and every one.

I also want to give a huge thank you to the nurses and doctors and Saint Michaels Hospice for their amazing work and their incredible support. I know he loved all those who cared for him.

And thank you dad, for everything.
