Our first sweet baby Rosalie born 03/09/22 at 7:14 am weighing 4lbs 9oz with no kidneys. Our priest, Fr. Matthew Wheeler, baptized and confirmed our baby. Rosalie had a first class ticket to heaven. We want to gift Rosalie a beautiful catholic burial that will reflect her sweetness and purity.
At our 3 month prenatal ultrasound, we were told that our baby would not survive birth and pressured to abort early to avoid health risks. We immediately said no and carried our baby to full term. Rosalie was expected to be still born or last just a couple minutes after birth. Our sweet Angel gave us the miracle of breathing on her own for 34 hours before being transferred to Childrens Hospital for support. Rosalie fought the whole way through until doctors could not help anymore because her body was too small to withstand dialysis. She was freed from the ventilator and given to us to hold in our arms. We enjoyed her peaceful breathing for 28 hours until she gave us her final breath.
God gifted us an Angel on earth for 7 beautiful days. Rosalie carried an endless peace and love that filled the room. She never showed pain or distress proving that she had God’s grace. She loved being held in her mama and papa’s arms. We love you Rosalie and you will forever be our little Angel. We will see you soon
