portable oxygen concentrator

I have been trying to get a portable oxygen concentrator with no results. I can't leave my home, because I need my oxygen in order to breathe. The oxygen tanks I have are too heavy for me to lift. I need to purchase a portable oxygen concentrator because I've had no results with my insurance.
