Mein Name ist Anou, ich bin 24 Jahre alt und seit ca. 7 Jahren an ME/CFS erkrankt. Ich bin nun seit ein paar Jahren krankgeschrieben und kann nicht mehr am Leben teilnehmen. Die meisten alltäglichen Aufgaben wie Putzen, Einkauf, Wäsche oder Termine außer Haus wahrnehmen, etc. schaffe ich nicht mehr und bin daher auf die Pfelge meiner Eltern angewiesen. Meine begrenzte Energie investiere ich in Heilung und in die Suche nach Therapien, die mir zur Genesung verhelfen können.

Die Blutwäsche (Immunapherese) ist eine sehr vielversprechende, aber auch kostenaufwendige Behandlung, welche leider nicht von der Krankenkasse gestützt wird, verspricht aber vielen von uns ME/CFS-Erkrankten eine Chance auf vollständige Heilung. Daher möchte ich diese Therapie nicht unversucht lassen und bitte um Spenden, um mich auf diesem Weg zu unterstützen. Ein kleiner Beitrag kann viel bewirken! (Wenn ich ein Viertel meines Ziels erreiche, bin ich schon zufrieden! Bitte nur spenden, wenn es finanziell locker möglich ist!)

Ich habe viele Pläne für mein gesundes Leben und glaube fest daran, dass ich es schaffen werde! Eine Rückkehr zu einem aktiven Leben mit Musik, Theater, Sport, Reisen, Natur und Freundschaften ist mein größter Traum und ich wünsche mir bei meinem Kampf dafür eure Hilfe.

My name is Anou, I am 24 years old and have been suffering from ME/CFS for about 7 years now. I have not been able to pursue my studies, a job or take part in life. Currently, I depend on my parents' help for everyday tasks like cleaning, groceries, attending appointments and so on. All of my limited energy is dedicated to healing and seeking out different therapies and treatments to aid in my recovery.

This form of dialysis (immunopheresis) is a promising as well as cost-intensive treatment that is unfortunately not supported by insurance but allows many ME/CFS patients a chance to fully recover. Therefore I do not want to omit giving it a try and am asking for donations to support this endeavour. A little contribution can go a long way! (I will be content if I reach only a quarter of my goal! Please only donate if you can easily spare the money!)

I have lots of plans and ambitions for my healthy future and am convinced that I will succeed in getting there! Returning to an active life full of music, theatre, sports, travel, nature and friendships is my biggest dream. I am asking you to help me fight this battle.
