On March 19th, Alyssa Ogden was struck by a vehicle while walking in a cross walk on the K-State campus. She was taken to the hospital in Manhattan, and later flown to a hospital in Topeka.
For those who know Alyssa and her family, you know how special and beautiful they really are. Gene and Michelle Ogden are truly amazing parents, and have always supported their daughters in every step of their lives.
God gives us the gift of life, but in the blink of an eye it can be changed. We often do not know what his plan is or why things happen. But our families faith in God has always been strong, and will continue to be during this time.
When things like this happen, we ask ourselves what we can do to help. Along with continued thoughts and prayers, this is something we can do for Alyssa and her family. Thank you so very much, and God bless.
