GiGi needs help...

My GiGi woke up with some sort of what i thought was a blister. I cleaned it up and as i had a job that day, i went to work.
When i came back, GiGi ate half of it off.
It looks like a tumor, and it needs to be removed.
You all know the expense i had in the last few months with trying to keep Vinnie and Scooters alive. And all that money and they both died 7 days later. Then i lost my April 7 days later
I haven't worked since January , this pandemic has took a toll on me.
GIGI needs help, i have to have this removed.
I can't help her as i just can't afford it.
I am worried, as it gets infected even more, she might lose her leg.
Please help me, as i just can't lose another one.
I lost 3 in almost a month, still mentally dealing with it.
Not yet, i am not ready for it.
My GiGi is 11 years old.
Please help her..
