HSCT has been used successfully to treat a variety of different autoimmune diseases. In order to have this treatment available in Australia we need to complete stage 3 clinical trials.
Some subjects that have undertaken HSCT treatment have gone into full remission. Many patients with MS, CIDP, Crohn's Disease, Scleroderma, Sarcoidosis and other sever autoimmune diseases have been successfully treated with HSCT.
Our vision is to set up a "˜not"“for-profit' organisation to extend and fund the research. We need to raise $5,000 for set up costs "“ regulatory fees, post office box, accountants, lawyers and advisors. Our hope is to launch a more substantial "˜not for profit' organisation with the big vision towards seeing HSCT as gold standard practice for severe autoimmune disease in Australia.
We are a group of HSCT success stories and ordinary Australians that want to see this treatment become widely available.
