Move to Vermont to be with family

My name is Chris Surgen. I am raising money to move back to Vermont to be with my family. On October 6, 2015 my Mom was diagnosed with brain cancer (Glioblastoma). The week before I had a relapse with Multiple Sclerosis. All of this has taken a toll on my emotional, physical and financial state. The money that gets raised will allow me to rent a U-Haul with a car dolly, fuel, food and motels for the trip from Las Vegas to Vermont. I will be trying to raise the money by November 11, 2015. This will allow me to travel before winter is in full swing. Words can not describe what this will mean to me and how thankful I will be.
