Help a Father Fight for His Children

My name is Jesse Sunwolf. I’m reaching out for support in my fight to be an active, present father in my children’s lives. Currently, I’m facing a difficult family law and civil dispute situation where the mother of my children is making it nearly impossible for me to see them. I’ve recently moved across the country to Washington to be closer to my children, but despite my efforts, I’ve only been allowed to see them once in two months and was not given the opportunity to spend the holidays with them.

I’ve been more than willing to comply and work together for the sake of our children, but my efforts have been met with anger and control. My ideas, concerns, and feelings are consistently dismissed or ignored, leaving me no choice but to seek legal intervention.

My goal is to establish a fair 50/50 custody arrangement so I can be the father my children need and deserve. Unfortunately, custody arrangements have been broken, and without a court order in place, the police cannot intervene. To navigate this situation and secure my rights as a father, I urgently need legal representation.

Family law cases like this can be particularly challenging for fathers, as there is often an inherent bias. I am seeking funds to hire an attorney to help me obtain both a custody order and a protection order to ensure my children’s well-being and my rightful place in their lives.

I am a hard-working individual with a clean record—I don’t drink, I don’t use drugs, and I am fully committed to my children. I moved my entire life to be closer to them because they mean everything to me. I’m also trying to build a relationship with my second-born child, whom I barely know due to these circumstances.

This process has been emotionally and financially draining, but I refuse to give up. No parent should have to fight this hard just to be in their children’s lives.
