Teri Layman's Car Crash Recovery
On Friday, March 29th, Teri Layman was involved in a serious car accident while driving home. She was stopped at a red light when another car, traveling at a high rate of speed, rear ended her. Teri sustained several severe injuries including a broken scapula, three pelvic fractures, a fractured vertebrae and a severe concussion. The resulting injuries sent Teri to a trauma center. She was fortunate to not need surgery, but will require extensive rehab and long term assistance. Both Teri, and her husband Bernie, own their own businesses, as well as parents to two young children -- one of which has special needs. On top of the medical costs incurred from the accident, during this time of rehab and recovery, both Teri and Bernie's businesses will be exceptionally affected as they are sole proprietors and unable to support their customers. Teri and Bernie would be extremely grateful for any financial assistance at this time.
