Kayla’s medical expenses

Hi my name is Karrie Koenig. I am Kayla Walker’s youngest sister. I am raising funds for Kayla’s medical related expenses and expenses to help with caring for her children during this unexpected time. On Wednesday, September 29, 2022, Kayla woke up with complete vision loss in one of her eyes. Kayla was rushed to the emergency room and has been admitted to the hospital and transferred to multiple hospitals with no known causes. The hospitals have been doing around the clock testing and monitoring of Kayla and her condition. She is now having vision loss in her other eye. It is unknown when she will be released from the hospital or what the next steps are. Cash, Marlee and Max are hanging in there. My family is doing everything to keep things as normal as possible for the kids. This will be a long road to recovery for Kayla. Kayla has been off work for the past week and it is unknown when she will be able to return. Medical bills are stacking up, her normal daily living bills are stacking up, along with many of the children’s expenses. Any donation is much appreciated!
