Nicole and her beautiful family are completely devastated by the sudden loss of their beloved husband, father, son, uncle, brother, and friend at the young age of 36. It is with immense sadness that they share the news of Jon's untimely death while on vacation in the Dominican Republic for Nicole's 40th birthday. Due to the nature of the incident, details cannot be shared at this time. Nicole and her family will be facing an exhausting, painful, and expensive journey to find solace amid this nightmare (including extensive legal expenses, repatriation of the remains, counseling/therapy for the family, and a memorial service to be set at a later date).

Nicole and her two boys - Johnny (6) and Nate (5) - are trying to process this unthinkable grief and anguish. This fundraising goal is an underestimate of the total expenses anticipated, but it will be much-appreciated support for this amazingly resilient family during an incredibly horrific time.
