Support for Jessica

Shane Stickney -- our wonderful husband, son, grandson, brother, cousin, nephew, and friend -- suddenly and unexpectedly left us on July 22nd. Shane was a tough man with a big heart; he had tremendous love for his wife Jessica and for all of his friends and family. He was full of adventure, laughter, and mischief. He made so many friendships through his ability to have a good time and make people laugh. He always saw and appreciated the beauty of this world, which is why he graduated in Forestry and became a forester. He taught his loved ones not only scientific knowledge about trees and nature, but also how to deeply love this planet and how to see the beauty of the world we live in. These words cannot even begin to describe the magnificence that was Shane. A bright light has gone out with his absence.

Please consider donating to help his wife and best friend Jessica through this difficult time, as she plans the celebration of life and other financial costs that come with the passing of a loved one. Jessica is so much like Shane with her generosity and bright personality, that they were meant to be together. Jessica is always giving to her family and friends -- and even to complete strangers -- through her cooking, crocheting, and her overall kind spirit and listening ear. During this time of grief, it is important we try to give back to Jessica and support her in any way we can -- both emotionally and financially.
