750km to end Veteran Suicide

It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to count myself among the company of Veterans. I am the person I am today due in large part to the brothers and sisters I've served with through over 10 years of service in the US Air Force. During that time, I met so many important people, and sadly many of them are no longer with us today. Some fell on the battlefield, and some lost the war at home. While we can honour both equally, we can work together today, right now, to prevent the losses we all incur from Veteran suicide.

The statistics are staggering, disquieting, and they are also numbers that we can work together to reduce every single day.

So, to help raise awareness of this terrible tragedy that goes on around us every single day, I am going to hop on my bike. Cycling has been a passion of mine for years, and I've used various sporting events of my own to raise money for a number of great causes. In 2023, it's all about helping end Veteran Suicide, so I am going big this year. 750km in five days from the top of Portugal to the bottom via the N2. On top of this 750km, I am also going to ride the Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle (170km) and the Tour de Beara (120km) ~ grand total: over 1040km in the summer of 2023 to help fight Veteran suicide.
