It started with 5 raccoons living in the attic. I got rid of them and blocked the hoke they had made in the roof. They came back again and tore the patch out. It now has a gaping hole and the ceiling has fallen in. Insurance says the builder is responsible after 38 years, I don't think so.i can't heat the house because heat goes up and out.
