Hope for Pete
Donation protected
Last month my brother in law Peter Kerr and his wife Helen received some devastating, life changing news, that Peter aged 35 years old had a glioblastoma, an aggressive type of cancer that begins within the brain. Unfortunately these tumours cannot be cured and all treatment is pallative. This diagnosis and prognosis has changed Peter and Helen's lives and as a family we are heartbroken. For the month of May I am pledging to walk 10000 steps per day in order to raise vital funds for Peter and Helen. These vital funds will enable Peter to trial alternative treatment options which are very expensive and will also contribute to assisting Peter and Helen to avail of their dreams, hopes and wishes, in between treatment when Peter is well enough. Peter's rugby club, Bradford on Avon are currently in the process of running kms for Kerr and donating the proceeds to the Lewis Moody Foundation. Any donations received via me will be greatly appreciated and will go directly to supporting Peter and Helen. Thank you for your support at this difficult time.
